TERMS AND CONDITIONS · UPDATED 22 OCTOBER 2026
Terms and Conditions
These Terms govern your access to Battle21blackjack.com, your Battle 21 account and all related games, wallet functions, promotions and services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or playing. By registering and accepting these Terms, you enter into a binding agreement with the operator of Battle 21.
1. The operator and these Terms
Battle 21, Battle21blackjack.com, the Website and the related services are referred to in these Terms as the “Service”. “You” means a visitor or registered account holder.
These Terms include the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming information, game rules and any table, match, fee or promotion terms clearly shown to you before you act. If specific game or promotion terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific terms apply to that game or promotion only.
2. Acceptance and changes
You accept these terms by registering an account. If you do not agree, do not create an account, deposit, join a paid game or use the Service.
We may update these Terms at any time for legal, regulatory, security, technical, operational or commercial reasons. Changes become effective when published or on any later date stated by us and may apply to accounts, balances, pending transactions and unsettled games. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, your sole remedy is to stop using the Service and request account closure, subject to all reviews, restrictions, set-offs, forfeitures and other rights available to us under these Terms.
3. Eligibility and location
You must be at least 18 years old and at least the minimum legal gambling age in every jurisdiction that applies to you.
You must have legal capacity to enter into this agreement and must use the Service only for yourself and for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where your use of the Service is lawful. The availability of the Website does not mean that gambling is lawful in your location.
You must not access the Service from a restricted jurisdiction shown by the Website, required by the operator’s licence or prohibited by applicable sanctions or law.
You must not use a VPN, proxy, remote desktop, location-spoofing tool or other method to hide or misrepresent your location or identity.
We may request evidence of your age, identity, residence, location, ownership of funds or source of funds before allowing play, deposits or withdrawals. We reserve the right to refuse service and to suspend, restrict or close any account at our sole discretion, for any reason, with or without prior notice. We are not liable for loss of access, use, opportunity, rewards or other consequences resulting from such action. Funds may be held, adjusted, returned or otherwise dealt with under these Terms.
4. Registration and account security
You may hold only one account unless we have expressly approved another account for a legitimate reason.
Your registration information must be accurate, complete and kept up to date. Your email address must remain accessible to you.
Your account may not be sold, transferred, shared, pledged or used on behalf of another person. Account-to-account transfers are not permitted unless the Service expressly provides the feature.
You are solely responsible for protecting your password, authenticator, recovery codes, email account, wallet information and devices. Never share a wallet seed phrase or private key with us or anyone claiming to represent Battle 21. We do not compensate or accept liability for account takeover, unauthorised play, withdrawals or other losses caused by your failure to secure any credential, email account, device or recovery method.
Tell support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access. We may temporarily secure the account while we investigate.
We may refuse a registration or require additional information where reasonably necessary for eligibility, security, fraud prevention, sanctions, anti-money-laundering or other legal obligations.
5. Cryptocurrency balances and value
Battle 21 supports only the cryptocurrencies and networks identified in the wallet interface. Each asset balance is recorded separately in that asset’s smallest supported unit. A “Total balance” or USD value is an estimate based on available market pricing and is not a separate fiat balance, guaranteed exchange rate or promise to convert an asset at that price.
Cryptocurrency prices can change rapidly. The displayed USD value of your account, stake, winnings, cashback or affiliate reward may rise or fall even though the quantity of cryptocurrency has not changed. You bear this market-price risk.
Your Battle 21 account is not a bank account, does not earn interest and is not covered by bank-deposit insurance. We make no promise or guarantee that balances or cryptocurrency will be recoverable, protected, segregated or returned if the operator, a custodian, a payment provider, a blockchain service or another relevant party becomes insolvent, is hacked, ceases operating or loses access to assets. You accept this risk and we are not liable for any resulting loss.
6. Deposits
Send only a supported asset on the exact network shown for your deposit address. You are solely responsible for checking the asset, network, address, amount and any memo or other required information. Sending an unsupported token, using the wrong blockchain, sending to an incorrect or expired address or omitting required information may cause permanent loss. A blockchain transaction cannot normally be cancelled after broadcast. We do not accept liability or provide reimbursement for a deposit error made by you or by a wallet, exchange or service you chose to use.
A deposit is credited only after it has been detected, validated and received the required blockchain confirmations. Confirmation times depend on the relevant network and are not guaranteed. A deposit shown as pending is not available for play or withdrawal.
You must control or be authorised to use the wallet and funds from which you deposit. Do not deposit criminal proceeds, sanctioned assets, stolen funds or funds belonging to another person. We may investigate or restrict suspicious deposits as required by law.
7. Withdrawals and network fees
You may request withdrawal of your available balance using the wallet interface, subject to displayed minimums, blockchain limits, security checks and legal obligations. The withdrawal screen shows the asset amount, destination and current estimated network fee before confirmation. Battle 21 does not retain the blockchain network fee unless expressly disclosed as a separate platform fee.
Network conditions can change while you prepare a withdrawal. If the network fee changes, the quoted send amount may update automatically before confirmation. A maximum withdrawal reserves an estimated network fee; any unused reservation is returned to your available balance after settlement. Processing time depends on security review, broadcasting and blockchain confirmations and is not guaranteed to be five minutes or less.
You are solely responsible for checking the withdrawal asset, amount, destination address and network. We cannot reverse a correctly authorised blockchain transfer sent using the information you supplied. We do not accept liability or provide reimbursement for a withdrawal sent to an incorrect, incompatible, inaccessible or third-party-controlled destination because of information or instructions supplied by you. We may pause, reject or review a withdrawal for security, fraud, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, ownership, technical or legal reasons.
8. Joining games and stakes
The game card, challenge, table or confirmation screen shows the game type, format, stake or buy-in, permitted currencies, hand count, blinds, rake or platform fee and other material conditions. Review them before joining. Once a paid match has been accepted or a cash-game buy-in completed, the relevant funds may be reserved and unavailable for other uses until the game or cash-out settles.
Where multiple cryptocurrencies are permitted, players may contribute different assets. Settlement returns the actual contributed asset mix, less the disclosed rake or fee in each asset. A USD figure is used to compare value at the applicable pricing time; it does not turn the contribution into a USD deposit.
We do not extend credit. You may lose all funds committed to a game. Do not play with funds you cannot afford to lose.
9. Game rules and settlement
The rules displayed in How to Play and in the applicable game interface govern dealing, actions, timers, scoring, ties, folds, forfeits, blinds, rebuys, sitting out, payouts and rake. Practice games use no cash balance and may include clearly identified computer opponents. Automated players are not permitted in paid games.
The authoritative server record, game events and financial ledger determine accepted actions, results and settlement. Animations, cards, chips, balances, win messages and other browser displays may be delayed, duplicated, incomplete or incorrect. An animation or display error does not create a right to the amount or result shown and does not mean that you won that amount. Subject to manifest error, the authoritative records and our resulting determination are final. Where offered, provably fair records let you verify the committed card order after disclosure; they do not replace the authoritative account and ledger records.
All results and settlements are subject to our review and final determination. We may, in our sole discretion, correct, recalculate, reverse, void or leave unchanged any game, action, payout, balance or settlement affected or potentially affected by an error, malfunction, manipulation, suspicious activity or incomplete record. We are not required to honour a browser display, preliminary result or erroneous credit and are not liable for any resulting loss or expectation.
10. Cash games
A cash-game buy-in is converted into the table’s displayed chip value. Joining during a hand places you in an available seat and you wait for the next eligible hand. Sitting out, returning, missed blinds, rebuys and cashing out follow the rules displayed in the game. Funds committed to an active pot are not available for cash-out until that hand settles.
When you leave between hands, the remaining table stack is returned to your account according to the applicable cash-game settlement record. The returned value may consist of one or more cryptocurrencies and may differ from the asset composition used for your original buy-in because pots can contain assets contributed by different players. Leaving, disconnecting or closing the browser during an active hand may cause your hand to be folded or timed out under the displayed rules, but it does not transfer your remaining table stack to another player except through valid game settlement.
11. Connection loss, timers and unfinished games
You are responsible for maintaining a suitable device and internet connection. If you disconnect, the game may continue and the normal action timer may make the action stated in the game rules. A disconnect notice or reconnect timer does not stop other eligible players from acting unless the game itself is paused.
If a match cannot continue or its integrity is uncertain for any technical, security, connection, data or operational reason, we may in our sole discretion resume, settle, recalculate, void, forfeit or refund all or part of the game using the records available to us. We are not obliged to provide a particular remedy, preserve an expected result or compensate for downtime, interruption, delay, display differences, lost actions or lost opportunity.
12. Rake and platform revenue
Battle 21 retains only the rake or platform fee shown for the applicable game. Different game types may use different fee percentages and some tied, cancelled, practice or no-flop hands may produce no rake. The displayed game rules explain when the fee is calculated.
Platform revenue means the rake or other expressly disclosed fee retained by Battle 21. It does not mean the full amount wagered, deposited or paid to a winner.
13. Cashback, levels and affiliate rewards
Levels and cashback are calculated under the rates and eligibility rules shown on the Level and Cashback page. Affiliate rewards are calculated under the rates shown on the Affiliate page and are based on eligible platform revenue generated by valid referred accounts, not on their total wagers or deposits.
Rewards displayed as pending or claimable remain conditional until actually credited and may be recalculated, withheld, cancelled or forfeited if we identify or suspect an error, abuse, manipulation, linked-account activity, invalid referral, prohibited conduct or other risk. Rewards may be paid in one or more underlying cryptocurrencies; any USD figure is informational only.
Affiliate links are unique to an account. Self-referrals, misleading promotion, spam, impersonation, paid-account transfers, collusion and referrals created to abuse rewards are prohibited. We decide eligibility, attribution, platform revenue and reward amounts from our records, and our determination is final.
We may change a reward rate, eligibility rule, calculation method or programme, or suspend or terminate it, at any time with or without notice. No level, cashback, affiliate or promotional benefit creates a vested right before final credit, and we accept no liability for its alteration, cancellation or loss.
14. Fair play and prohibited conduct
No collusion, chip dumping, match fixing, coordinated play, account sharing or playing against yourself through another account.
No bots, scripts, real-time assistance, automated decision tools, hidden information tools or other unauthorised software in paid games.
No exploitation of bugs, race conditions, incorrect balances, stale prices, duplicated transactions or other technical errors. Report an apparent error instead of attempting to profit from it.
No fraud, identity deception, payment abuse, money laundering, sanctions evasion, source-of-funds concealment or use of another person’s assets without authority.
No attacks, reverse engineering intended to compromise the Service, scraping that harms the Service, interference with other users or attempts to bypass security or eligibility controls.
We determine in our sole discretion whether conduct is suspicious, prohibited, abusive, unfair, unlawful, harmful to the Service or otherwise inconsistent with these Terms. We may rely on game, account, device, network, wallet, blockchain, payment, communication, linked-account and third-party information and are not required to disclose confidential detection methods, evidence or the source of a suspicion. We may report suspected activity to regulators, payment providers, blockchain services or competent authorities.
15. Chat and user content
Do not use chat, usernames or feedback tools for threats, harassment, hate, sexual content involving minors, unlawful content, scams, spam, doxxing, malicious links, advertising or disclosure of another person’s private information. Do not impersonate Battle 21 staff or another user.
We may remove content and restrict chat access where reasonably necessary to enforce these rules or protect users. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a limited licence to store, display and moderate it for operation and safety of the Service.
16. Errors and incorrect credits
If we believe that an amount, result, reward or transaction is incorrect, suspicious or affected by a malfunction, we may correct the ledger, reverse or void transactions, recover overpayments, deduct amounts from any balance and suspend withdrawals. You must tell support immediately if you notice an incorrect balance, duplicated transaction, impossible game state or other error and must not use or withdraw value you know or should reasonably know was credited incorrectly.
Our determination of the existence, scope and remedy of an error is final. We may treat connected games, transactions, rewards and accounts as affected where necessary to protect the Service or investigate the issue. We have no obligation to honour an error or compensate for an expected result, and we may hold any or all funds while a review remains open.
17. Suspension, closure and inactivity
If we identify or suspect, in our sole discretion, fraud, cheating, collusion, chip dumping, money laundering, sanctions exposure, identity or location deception, third-party funding, multiple accounts, account sharing, automation, exploitation, promotion abuse, payment abuse, a security threat, unlawful conduct, a breach of these Terms or any activity that may expose us or another person to risk, we may immediately and without prior notice suspend, restrict or permanently close the account; cancel or void games and transactions; refuse deposits or withdrawals; and freeze, deduct, confiscate or permanently retain any or all deposits, winnings, balances, rewards and other value connected with the account. These rights apply whether the suspected conduct is completed, attempted, facilitated or linked to another account. Our determination is final, we are not required to provide advance notice or disclose evidence, and no compensation or liability arises from the action taken.
We may also refuse service, suspend or close an account at any time for any other reason or for no stated reason, with or without notice. You may request account closure through support, but closure does not prevent or end a review, restriction, deduction, set-off, forfeiture or retention permitted by these Terms. Active games and pending transactions may be resolved in the manner we determine from the available records.
Battle 21 does not currently charge an inactivity or dormant-account fee. Inactivity does not by itself transfer your balance to us. Any future dormancy rule would require advance notice and must comply with applicable law.
18. Responsible gaming and self-exclusion
Gambling is entertainment and involves the risk of loss. Set limits, monitor your account and game history, take breaks and stop if gambling is causing financial or personal harm. Do not borrow money to gamble.
You can use the Responsible Gaming section of your account to activate self-exclusion for the offered period. Once confirmed, the exclusion cannot be shortened by you, support or an administrator. Game creation, matchmaking, challenges, buy-ins, rebuys and practice play are blocked during the exclusion. Account access needed to review history or withdraw available funds may remain available.
Self-excluded users must not create or use another account to bypass the exclusion. Optional marketing must stop in accordance with applicable law and your communication settings. Independent help resources are linked on the Responsible Gaming page and in the Website footer.
19. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy explains what personal information we process, why we process it, how long it is kept and the rights available to you. Public blockchain addresses and transactions may remain visible permanently on the relevant blockchain.
We may send essential account, game, transaction, security, legal and service messages to your registered email address or inbox. These are separate from optional marketing. You may withdraw marketing consent without closing your account.
20. Intellectual property and permitted use
The Service, software, visual design, text, game presentation, trademarks, logos and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose.
You may not copy, sell, sublicense, commercially exploit, modify or distribute the Service or use our branding in a way that suggests endorsement.
21. Third-party and blockchain services
The Service depends on third parties including hosting, email, market-price sources, blockchains, wallet infrastructure and network providers. Their outages, congestion, forks, reorganisations or policy changes may delay or prevent a feature. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience and do not make us responsible for their content or services.
Nothing in the Service is financial, investment, tax or legal advice. You are responsible for any taxes and reporting obligations that apply to your activity.
22. Availability and liability
We aim to keep the Service secure and available but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may suspend a feature for maintenance, security, legal compliance or events outside our reasonable control, including network failures, blockchain disruption, denial-of-service attacks, power loss, natural events and government action.
We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising from or connected with the Service, including loss caused by unlawful use, negligence, an incorrect wallet address, unsupported assets, unauthorised disclosure of credentials, cryptocurrency price movements, errors, interruptions, account restrictions, game decisions or events outside our control.
We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, punitive, exemplary or consequential loss, loss of funds, cryptocurrency, profit, revenue, opportunity, business, data, goodwill or anticipated savings, or loss arising from temporary or permanent unavailability, third-party services, blockchain congestion, forks, reorganisations, network fees, market-price data, a device or connection, cyberattack, theft, operational error or any decision made under these Terms.
Our total aggregate liability arising from any single event or series of related events is limited to the lower of: (a) EUR €200; or (b) the amount of the direct loss you prove was caused by that event.
23. Complaints and disputes
Contact [email protected] or use Contact Support for questions, complaints or disputed games and transactions. Include your registered email address and any relevant match, table or transaction identifier, but never send a password, authenticator code, seed phrase or private key.
We will investigate complaints using the authoritative game, ledger and security records and aim to provide a reasoned response within 28 days.
24. General provisions
If a provision is found invalid or unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
You may not assign your account or rights under these Terms. We may assign, transfer, subcontract or otherwise dispose of any or all of our rights and obligations under these Terms without your consent or prior notice.
These Terms and the documents expressly incorporated into them form the agreement concerning the Service. The English version controls if a translation differs. Headings are for convenience and do not change the meaning of the clauses.
